Anxiety is a growing problem in our stressful world. Anxiety symptoms can seem to come on without warning or provocation. Participants can learn how to use hypnosis and 4 simple body movements to manage their own neurological and biological responses to anxiety. The techniques can be taught during a simple hypnosis session and then replicated as a self-hypnosis session when needed. This is not an autogenic training lesson, but frequent use of these techniques could serve to improve the thinking part of the brain to respond to anxiety when triggered by the Sympathetic Nervous System (SNS)
