For thousands of years meditation has been used to decrease internal dissonance and to enhance healing and serenity. Establishing yourself in a meditation practice will allow you to become less reactive to life’s ups and downs and will enhance your physical, emotional,cognitive and spiritual health and well being. Meditation is a wonderful way to strengthen the unconditional part of your unconditional love.
The nature of existence is symmetrically balanced between the Yin and the Yang. Feeling-thought, left-right,fast-slow, change-acceptance, all exist within these natural polarities. We create suffering when we judge ourselves and our world through the perspective of duality, where one aspect is made wrong or bad and the other right or good.
EMDR, NLP and Meditation offer a means to move from splitting oneself through duality and reactivity to balancing myself by allowing all things to exist. Both rainy and sunny days can be appreciated.
