Traditional therapeutic paradigm often encourages us to analyze our past and focus on how we’ve been wronged. It can foster resentment, judgment, an addictive focus on talking about the past, and an entrenched sense of being the victim. This is not helpful for going forward. Instead, the way to heal from the past is through a process of forgiveness for self and others, to bring you into the present time. Forgiveness is not condoning what others have done or said; it is an amazing gift of freedom which you give yourself. Come to this class and learn ways to support your clients and also experience EFT and a guided meditation on forgiveness.
