This workshop will provide participants and facilitators with experiential opportunities to help themselves and others access thoughts, feelings, memories and sensations from their bodies that they otherwise may not have access. The use of experiential exercises including stress positions and movement where participants will be in a light trance enabling them to have choices to live their lives in a more “alive” state is the desired outcome. Participants will experience grounding and in depth breathing which increases awareness. Techniques will be presented which will be a useful adjunct to facilitators’ preferred methods of assisting clients in personal growth.
