All the skills and techniques of belief change and transformation have a common thread. Every change we help people make happens because of how we use influence. Any style of influence that can be wielded to help and heal, also has the potential to harm and exploit. In this workshop we will examine influence itself as a tool, how we can avoid abusing it and why it is so important not to abuse it, even unintentionally.
Marty started his career by learning out of chronic pain, a path for him that required extensive study of neurology, movement therapies, hypnosis etc. Once accomplishing that, he turned his attention to helping others and found his skills widely applicable. He has spent 20 years learning and working with people to change for mutual betterment. Currently, his passion is helping communities, groups, businesses and private clients build cultures and lifestyles of mutuality.
