Together we will explore the parallels between Shamanism and Hypnosis. After a brief overview, participants will be led on a “journey” using “sonic driving’. There will be ample time to discuss peoples experiences and various uses to use this with yourself or your clients. You may be surprised to find out how you are already using a modified version of these practices. He is an ordained interfaith Minister and is deeply interested in the effects of music and sound on physical, mental, emotional and spiritual heath.

Come with your own questions about relationships, health, finances, fears or patterns in your life. If possible we suggest you bring a yoga mat or blanket/ pillow to ensure your comfort during the regressions.
Paul Aurand is the past President and lead trainer of The Michael Newton Institute for Life Between Lives Hypnotherapy. He is the Founder and Director of the Holistic Healing Center in New York City and has over 30 years experience as a healer, hypnotherapist and counselor.

Sophia Kramer ( MHt, RN; Germany & NY, NY)
Certified, award winning Hypnotherapist and Teacher, Past Life and Life Between Lives Regression and Family Constellation Therapist and Instructor and Author.
Trained in Europe and the US (i.e. Michael Newton Institute, Brian Weiss) she has become a popular internationally travelling presenter and instructor.
Growing up in Germany and South Africa she first became a nurse, later went into the performing arts in NYC.
Based in NYC and North Germany Sophia holds lectures, individual sessions and trainings on topics including trauma, reconciliation and Spiritual Guidance.
Multiple award-winning hypnotherapist Peter Blum is an advocate of “conversational hypnosis”. For over three decades, he has been collecting and using stories and metaphors as an active part of his hypnosis practice. He often incorporates parables from great world spiritual traditions and enjoys constructing unique personalized stories for clients
