The shadow is the hidden side of us, the parts mainly considered unacceptable, ugly, undesirable; the traits we reject, repress and ultimately project onto others. Shadow aspects can however be positive also. Carl Jung believed “healers” could only effectively help others after performing shadow work on the self. Whether that is true, or not, exploring one’s shadow leads to better understanding of the self and one’s interactions with others in the world. Regular work in this area can rapidly produce great emotional changes leading to an expanded sense of self-awareness, self-compassion and overall empathy towards others.
This is for anyone who wishes to develop greater compassion and healthier relationships.
Got a client that can’t see anything in their mind’s eye view? This induction shows the client how to visualize whatever you want them to perceive. Richard has used this induction for over 40 years for stress management meditation sessions on technical computer programmers and systems analysts.
You will be provided with a light/color matrix of common client values for the color spectrum and the full 11-step induction that will allow even the most analytical client to accept hypnosis. The “Math Script” convincer and Induction script is included in the handouts.
Richard has been studying meditation since 1968. He has developed meditative stress management techniques through visualization meditation. He added hypnosis certification to his skills in 2006.
