The Buddha’s Meditation on Loving Kindness (1 Hour) Saturday 5:00 pm
The meditation on loving kindness is popular among Buddhist monks and practitioners. Known in the Pali language as Metta Bhavana it is said to have been taught by the Buddha himself and has been preserved for 2500 years. This is a guided meditation that follows the Buddha’s prescribed path leading to profound release and forgiveness. This is a deeply spiritual experience having a powerful impact. One need not be a meditator to enjoy this session.
